Mailbox not available

For over a week my mailbox has been unavailable. 4 calls to 150 have only yielded empty promises! I can send but not receive from my phone but do nothing from the website. Am getting ready to leave virgin due to poor customer service

I am sorry to hear you have been experiencing issues when accessing your mailbox.

I have taken a look from our side and can see what may be causing the issue but I will need to confirm a few details.
