As of yesterday I am unable to access my emails from iPhone or iPad. When I try accessing through the Virginmedia login I get a message saying “ mailbox unavailable”. I have tried to change password but not getting any email confirmation so I don’t think that’s worked..I’ve had this email address for over 20 years.

Can you please confirm it is a NTL email? Or if it is external?

It’s done as IMAP so is that nel? I’m a bit of a dunce at all this.

What is the end of your email address? Is it a NTL (Virgin Media) or external like Hotmail or Outlook etc?
