Hi, I have been unable to access my main email address on my account since the 24th June. It is an ntlworld address. At first I was getting the mailbox not available error, but after speaking to support on the phone, this has now become a 403 / forbidden error. I have spoken via text to around 12 different agents, none of who could help beyond resetting my password, which hasn’t helped.
this is my main email account and I have already missed important emails, please can someone contact me to resolve.
