Mailbox issue, I still receive emails but I am unable to send

Please advise

First you will need to advise us a bit more.  Such as how you are accessing your emails?  Is this using VM webmail - which browser.  Or using an email client - which programme?  What device are you using - laptop, phone, tablet?  What error message are you getting?

Check your email address is visible in the billing area at my virgin media. - if not, let us know.

Then check your device has the most up to date settings.  ( https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-media-mail-email-settings ) ( https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-media-mail-how-to-use-email-with-mail-clients )

It is always a good idea to check you can access your emails via webmail, check that no settings have been set up to divert your emails away from you!   ( https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-media-mail-my-email-has-been-hacked )
