Mailbox is unavailable at the moment

 

Did anyone get a resolution to 

“mailbox is unavailable at the moment”.  

Cant access emails at all. Thanks

(Assuming you are an existing VM broadband customer, and your email address is linked to the billing account)

First - try clearing cookies /history in your preferred browser.  Then try another browser.

Although when I occasionally get that message, I just ignore it and click Email in the top right corner and the webmail usually appears (I don't know why).

Have tried it on safari and on chrome.  Both on the iPad and on the pc. 

Clicking the email logo in the top right just gives the same message.  Mailbox unavailable at the moment

I can log on and see all the bills

and the email in the saved Profile is my email address

we are very sorry to hear this is still ongoing. Are you getting any form of error messages when trying to access this function? If so will you be able to post a screenshot of an example?

I am trying to access the email from the log-in near the top right.  Ive tried to attached as screen shot but not sure its come through. 

I am logged in via the internet 

I can get into the virgin media site, see the bills, but its not accessing the email
