Mailbox is not available

For a number of days keep getting 'Sorry, your mailbox is not available......etc, checked all the help on the virgin web site no help, tried ringing but can't get through.

Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to our Community Forum Mareko and sorry to hear about your mailbox issue. Can I ask whether you've tried performing a password reset to see if it clears the error? Please let us know what you've tried and at which page/step you see that error message.

 

Can you also confirm that the email is linked to an active account? 

 

Sorry for the questions but just wanted a clearer picture of the email issue.
