Mailbox is not available at the moment

For the past 24 hours I have been receiving the following message;

'Your mailbox is not available at the moment. Please retry again in one hour and make sure you are using the correct password to access your email from all of your devices.' 

I have tried logging out and back in again on both my PC and mobile phone on several occasions but this has not resolved the problem.

Any ideas as to how to resolve this would be appreciated.

(Unfortunately I currently have laryngitis so am unable to call the suggested number.)

Can I just ask a few questions first 

Do you have services with us 

How are you accessing your emails 

By webmail or through as client 

Have you tried resetting the password to a new one, waiting 10 minutes then logging back in?

Hi Gareth

As suggested, I have changed my password and all appears to be now working again. Something relatively simple but would never have thought of this.

Fingers crossed that it will not happen again. However, changing my password will be the first thing I try - that's if I remember! 🙂
