I have not been able to access my email for nearly a week now.
I keep getting the same message,
Your mailbox is not available at the moment.
Please retry again in one hour and make sure you are using the correct password to access your email from all of your devices.

I phoned VM help line as instructed at the weekend and they were unable to help me. They said they would raise an IT ticket but I keep trying and still I have the same issue. I have reset my password (sucessfully) but still I get the same message.
