I am unable to access my emails across any device. I have received a letter and followed the instructions to update my password which I have now done. Unfortunately I still get the same error after waiting over an hour to try and access again.

I'm having the same problem with my mailbox. I have 2 mailboxes and the one I cannot access has all my personal addresses and my online shopping contacts. I'm 73 and desperately need this to enable self isolation. I've managed to contact customer service by phone after 20 mins and they changed the password and told me to try again in an hour. No difference. Now my calls are cut off after 20mins and I have no way of contacting the VM team. Can this be done via this post.
