Hi
I am unable to log into my Virginmedia mailbox and get a message that the mailbox is unavailable.
I am an active virginmedia account customer and am wondering how to get it sorted out so it works again.

I'm very sorry to hear about the issue you're having with your Virgin Media email address.
I do wish to help get this resolved. I have been unable to locate your account on our side.
