Mailbox Unavailable

Since early this evening (18:00 12th August) my husband's mailbox has become unavailable - password no longer accepted.

HE has not changed it so either you have a fault or he is being hacked.

Please suggest a way forward.

@lizabush Thanks for editing the post.

Have you tried changing the password for the account concerned?

Sign in to My Virgin Media, go to My Profile and/or Manage Accounts depending on whether the account concerned is your primary account or an additional one. Select the account concerned and then click on Change to the right of password if a primary account or View/Change then change to the right of password for secondary accounts.

It seems to work for most but not all suffering from this issue.

Sorry Graham, changing pwd on main acc did not help.
