Hi - I’m another account that can’t access my mailbox (since Thursday). I’ve texted support who reset my account yesterday which did not clear the problem. They told me to wait 24 hours but still problem persists.
Has anyone else managed to get their mailbox back online yet?
Sorry to hear you've been unable to access your mailbox. I'm unsure whether you're still having problems with it since you last posted but if you are can you tell us whether the agent checked your email account also? Have you tried a password reset on it and if so, what happens?
