Same problem, been unable to access my mailbox for two days now and I am waiting for some important emails. I've had to get onto this forum via one of other email addresses because you send the verification email to the one i can't access.
can you please unlock my mailbox for my primary address?
Hi, I have the same problem since Thursday. have been in touch with Text help 07533051809 and moved around "To the right team" several times and keep getting asked if I am the account holder. Afer a full day of messages Friday it just went quiet. I have an old NTL world email but a current VM package and have no problem until Thursday, my wifes NTL worl email still works. I can log onto VM but clicking on email I get "Mailbox unavailable try again in one hour".
I've not been able to access my ntlworld account since Thursday - same error message. This is my primary account linked to my billing address. Can anyone help me out please? had to create a gmail account just to post on this forum!
