Mailbox Locked

My email account and mailbox has been locked for the past 3 days. We’re unable to receive any emails on any device nor are we able to send any (I had to set this account up on my daughters email as the original verification went to my email address which I can’t access!)

We have done multiple virus scans, we have changed our password and having no joy - we’re still locked out.

We use this email account everyday so this isn’t due to inactivity.

can someone please advise ASAP?
