I suddenly stopped receiving emails to my ntl world email on 27/1/23 .I have been using this as my main email for many years therefore it suddenly being discontinued has been a disaster .Whilst I see that Virgin can delete email if no longer have active account but surely should give at least a warning email in order to avoid losing all data suddenly .
Is there any way at all that this can be reactivated ,even to allow access to old emails
please advise

We are sorry to hear about the email address.
Sadly if this has deactivated then we wouldn't be able to reactivate it.
