Loose noise carriageway cover

I have reported this to Your team with reference number# 411678 as URGENT!

This loose cover outside is outside my property at NW9 6JR The Hyde on the main carriageway  the rattling it makes has become absolutely intolerance!!!  And we live adjacent to the main road so it is amplified I can't open my windows and it is jarring to the local residents of Mt block , many of whom have mental and physical health conditions.

Please please 🙏 , Can this be acted on as promptly as possible because it is impacting on the well being of the in the local area and is a significant noise pollution issue ?
