When I try and log in to my NTLworld email account via a browser the username and password are not recognised yet I am still receiving emails, help please I need to access my account urgently.
I have tried signing in to my Virgin media account and get the same answer.
My account changed to Virgin Media when they took over NTL I do not have Virgin Media broadband.

Sounds like your account is the process of being deleted. You must have an active VM broadband account to use their email service.
