My wife and I have an active virgin media subscription and also use 2 separate virgin.net email accounts for email. My wife's email account appears locked today and she cannot gain access to email - either directly on webmail or via Thunderbird. My virgin.net email continues to work normally. VM telephone help couldn't see her email account when she called for assistance. Any suggestions what to try?
