Hi,
I think my email account must have been hacked, as I cannot access my long time email address, even after entering the password, and checking all the advance mailbox settings are correct.. The message I keep receiving is, "we could not access this account, you might have to update the password or give the account permission to sync to this device". My email has been on this device for a very long time, so I don't quite understand why this is happening. I was locked out of an outlook email at same time, however I have managed to regain access to it. But NTL world is my primary account, and I have to be able to access it again.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks!!

What happens if you try to log in to the same email address via VM webmail?

Thanks for using the forums to get this issue with your Email services looked into, I am sorry if this has been causing some frustration. I would be more than happy to look into this for you.
Can I first ask if you've moved home recently please? Some times issues can arise with emails if you have changed addresses.
