Getting a message saying I am locked out of email and to sign in again. But it rejects my password!

Can you please try running the troubleshooting steps outlined in this thread. 

If you can let us know if you still have the same issue after following these steps we will be able to offer further support. 

If this is the case, please also attach a screenshot of the error message you are getting when trying to login/reset your password.
