Locked Out of Email and can't log back in to it except from my phone

I have been logged out of my Virgin media account and email everywhere but my phone. I need access to these emails on my computer and have followed all the process steps to change password and log back in, however now it doesn't even recognise my email or new password when I try to log into my account. 

I have been on the phone for what feels like days with your helpline to no avail. I have my son here now who is trying to assist, but we cannot figure out how to access my account at all.

please can you help with this and as swiftly as possible.

Just to clarify please, were you able to successfully change the password?

Could you please send us a screenshot of the error message you are seeing when trying to log in?
