Keep getting virus warnings

Keep recieving warnings of malware infection.

Checked by malware and various virus killers but nothing shows up as either malware or viruses.

Changed my password but still getting warnings of malware,any help would be appreciated.

Does the notice name the malware detected?

nymaim virus.

Nothing I use finds anything,the only thing I have tryed is Mailbird email programme.

If you have followed all the advice Virgin Media provide here Malware Alerts | Virgin Media Help and scans of your Windows devices did not find Nymaim then:

• check no Windows devices are connecting to your home network that your are unaware of
• post back here to see if the forum team are able to provide further information about the Nymaim detections; even know the time of detection may help narrow down the cause
