Just upgraded my phone to an iPhone can’t remember my login details for ntlworld

Set up ntlworld email address years ago, had no problems with the changeover to virgin media on my iPad or android phone, however can’t send or receive emails on my new iPhone and need login details which I have forgotten?

Can someone please point me in the right direction to activate it on my new iPhone
