Issue with additional email account not syncing in outlook
I have two additional email accounts set up, which were working fine. My wife's emails recently have stopped syncing with an error in MS Outlook (cannot connect to the server). I thought this may have been an issue with an out of date password, but changing the password and entering this into Outlook has made no difference.
The IMAP/SMTP settings are (and always have been) the same as those on the help page, and these had worked up until Sunday (14th June 2020).
