Issue with additional email account not syncing in outlook

I have two additional email accounts set up, which were working fine.  My wife's emails recently have stopped syncing with an error in MS Outlook (cannot connect to the server).  I thought this may have been an issue with an out of date password, but changing the password and entering this into Outlook has made no difference.

The IMAP/SMTP settings are (and always have been) the same as those on the help page, and these had worked up until Sunday (14th June 2020).

My own emails have been working. Any ideas?

In addition: 

When I go to the email on the web page, and add one of the other accounts it works.  When I add this particular email address it fails:

ERROR
Auto-configuration failed. Do you want to configure your account manually?

Has this account been cancelled/corrupted/suspended?
