Incoming emails rejected

My incoming emails to my blueyonder a/c are suddenly being rejected. I can still send from this account and have changed none of the settings for some time (years). My spam and junk settings are working OK.

Check:

  • sign into webmail
  • select ☰ > Settings > ▸ Email
  • select Filter Rules and confirm there are no unexpected entries listed
  • select Blacklist and confirm there are no unexpected entries listed

Should that not help then please post a more complete description of the issue and (appropriately redacted) error / warning messages seen.

Advice made no difference, but the problem seems to have been corrected after I deleted my a/c and reinstalled as POP3.

Still seems to works after reverting back to IMAP.    Mysterious, but at least it is working (for now!!)
