IMAP virginmedia

For the last week I have been unable to gain access to my 2 virginmedia email accounts. My old ntlworld email accounts work fine.

I get the error message that the imap credentials are invalid both on Outlook Windows 10 pc and Outlook on Android phone.I have changed the passwords after checking the settings are correct but still no joy. I have deleted one of the accounts and tried to re-enter it on Android but still doesn't work. I can't make a virginmedia account on Webmail either.

What can I do?

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with your email address. 

Are you able to let me know if you are still a virgin media customer? 

If so, please could you attempt to change your password?
