I just reset my password for a Virgin Media email account. Was locked out, now back in. Thought the battle was over... Can receive emails. But now I can't send any. I can't find any specific information anywhere on how to unlock the sending mailbox. Could someone please advise?

Sorry to hear you that you're experiencing email issues.
Just need to ask if you have tried to delete cache and cookies, and have tried another browser / device?
