I need to access a deleted blueyonder email account

It appears my blueyonder email account has been deleted. I need to reopen it to unlock a linked phone account.

When was it last available? If it's only been closed in the last few days there's a slight possibility that forum staff may be able to assist. Otherwise it will have been completely deleted.

Sorry to hear that you're unable to access your blueyonder email. I have not been able to locate any information on our systems Can you confirm, do you have an active broadband account with us? 

If so, do you know if this email was attached to the broadband account? If not, how long ago did you disconnect the broadband account?
