I cannot receive Blueyonder

I was recently locked out of my Blueyonder account. Thanks to a password change, I am back in. I can send Blueyonder e-mails and I can access them in webmail, but I cannot receive them onto any of my devices - iMac, iPhone and iPad Pro. I've changed the password to the new one on all devices, checked my settings and all seems to be okay. I've also removed any filters on the webmail account. I'm stuck!

Can you confirm auto-forward is not set in webmail?

I'm a Very Insightful Person, I'm here to share knowledge, I don't work for Virgin Media. Learn more

On your iMac:

  • open a Terminal window
  • enter the following where username:password is replaced with your email address and password, i.e. richard.branson@virginmedia.com:Y54kpX5g:
    curl -v smtps://smtp.virginmedia.com -u username:password 2>&1 | grep "235\\|VM"
Post the redacted results here; do not post the curl command which contains your username and password
