I cannot access my blue yonder emails

I suddenly am unable to access my emails. I am told mail box is unavailable, and to try again in one hour. Happening for hours. This is a nightmare; I am self employed and desperately need access! This is Virgin's fault - not a password issue. I cannot access on my phone either. Please Virgin, do something NOW!

changing my password has not worked for me. I have just returned it to the original. what do i do now, please??
