My hub light has changed colour from white to red .

Also I'm now unable to access my web mail is there a link between the two issues ?

Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for your first post.

I'm sorry to hear you've been having some issue with your Hub and also your email address - there's no way that both of these issues could be related, so it is purely a coincidence 🙂

If you have a Hub 3, the red base light would indicate that the hub may be over heating. Before sending out a tech to take a look at this, can you please perform the below instructions and let me know if the red light persists?

 

•             Turn the power switch off on the back of the Hub.

•             Ensure the Hub is upright, in a well-ventilated location and out of direct sunlight, if possible.

•             Switch the hub back on at the power. The Hub should now operate normally.

 

In regards to your email issue - can you please confirm what error message you're receiving and if you're signing in directly through our webmail?
