Re: How to receive emails to a new email address and not the old one

For as long as your old email address remains active it will continue to receive emails sent to it.

You will have to inform your contacts of your new email address and ask them to use it in place of your old one.

Hi @kenr36

Thanks for posting on our community forum!

Can you elaborate on what you mean, are the emails from ourselves or just general emails?

Re: How to receive emails to a new email address and not the old one

Hi @kenr36,

As @Sololobo has advised, if the email address is still active, we can't stop senders sending emails there however if you are using a different email account now, you would need to notify your contacts. You can however delete the old Virgin email account if it is a secondary mailbox.

Let me know if you have any other questions.
