How to delete old Blueyonder email - No longer a VM account holder?

Hi,

I haven't been a Virgin customer for several years but I'm still getting tons of spam emails from my old blueyonder account.  I put a forward on it when I left Virgin and was told it would be switched off after a short period.  It obviously never was.

I have tried to log into the account but it says my "username" / email address is not valid.

Can someone help please as I am getting upwards of 10 junk emails a day.

Welcome Blondie68

Yes, the address should have been completely deleted after 90 days after the account closed, but they seem to linger on for years as it is two separate things. You have given all the information needed for a Forum Team member (VM employee) to get this started (finished!!) for you.

You will be contacted through this thread and then private message to get your personal details.  It may be a few minutes or a few days depending on their workload, but then they will pass your case to the IT department for permanent closure.
