I am sorry to hear this. If you no longer have active broadband services with us, email accounts are usually deleted within 90 days after leaving us.

I have raised a ticket with our IT team requested for the mailbox to be removed. 

As soon as I get an update, I will follow up with you here 🙂 It can take upto 5 working days for the team to respond.
