How do I save pbn attachments to my computer?

I am the scorer for my local Bridge Club and another member who has a card dealing machine sends me a pbn file each week as an attachment. Until very recently I could right click on the attachment and choose Save As and save it to my computer. Now there is no option to Save - what am I doing wrong?

Which operating system and email client are being used?

Can the attachment be dragged and dropped to the desktop?

I have Windows 10. I have just discovered through trial and error that I now have to click on Download and then I can save it. Thanks for your suggestions.
