what a nightmare virgin emails new security nonsense is.
so I got a mail saying potential email security breach change password.
So I logged in and did, then couldn’t access third party apps for mail so I logged in and spent an hour or two figuring out that to set up my iPhone mail access. Input an alternative email address BUT never got a verification mail through. Since then wow.
I now can’t change email again until I’ve verified the one I never got, there is no resend option. After 40 mins on phone they seemed not to understand my problem so said tech would call me back. That’s a week ago. I have had two missed calls well outside the times they said they would call so have missed them.
Does anyone know how to resolve this without spending hours trying to explain it again ?
I’m yet to actually understand how they have made this so complicated and why. I’m not wearing this breach of their email security nonsense - seems a pass the buck of the accounts get hacked now.

The way I see it what is stopping you putting in the wrong Email and someone clicking Verify email address to which you have the password but they have the misspelt Email to them?
