If you follow these instructions for changing a secondary account password you should also see the option to delete the account as well.

Sign in to My Virgin Media, go to My Profile and/or Manage Accounts depending on whether the account concerned is your primary account or an additional one. Select the account concerned and then click on Change to the right of password if a primary account or View/Change then change to the right of password for secondary accounts.

Please ignore think I have figured it out . Found this from Graham_A As it is a secondary account it can be deleted by the primary account holder.  Log into My Virgin Media with the primary username and password, click on My Profile Manage Accounts and click on  change next to the secondary account concerned.  On the next page there will be delete this account option.

And it seems to have worked Thanks Graham_A
