Hi, my old Blueyonder email account has been blocked, is there anything I can do to sort this?

What do you mean by blocked ?
Are you still a virginmedia broadband customer ?
If you are no longer a customer all that the support can do is make sure that the email address has been deleted as without a broadband account you are not entitled to use a virginmedia email address.

Sorry to hear this about your Blue yonder email. Have you been able to look at the great questions posed by @DJ_Shadow1966? Also are you completely unable to gain access to your account? Or you are unable to send or recieve emails?
