Help

Ive tried to change email address and keeps saying click on verify email which hasnt arrived?

It isn't possible to change an existing VM email account.

I suspect that you have used the change username option.  This does not change the underlying email address only the username used to sign into the account.

The new username has to be a third party email address that you already have set up as that is where the username change confirmation email is sent.

You can cancel the change by logging into your My Virgin Media account with your existing username and follow the cancellation instructions that you will see there.
