someone is on my email and changing my spotify password. luckily i have changed it back but they i think they still have access to my email even though i changed it i dont think they get signed out

As far as securing your VM email account is concerned, just follow all the steps advised here: https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-media-mail-my-email-has-been-hacked
Once you have secured the email account, you can make sure the hacker gets signed out. Sign in to your VM Webmail account https://mail2.virginmedia.com/ then click on the 3 horizontal bars as below:
Before you click "Sign out", click on "Quit other sessions".
I just tested this by signing into my VM email account on my laptop using my VM wifi and also on my phone via mobile data.
Then, on my laptop I clicked on "Quit all sessions" and then signed out. Within 10 - 20 seconds my mobile phone was logged out of the account as well.
