Hacked NTLworld email

Hi,

I’ve had a confirmed hack on my email account.. but as it’s NTLworld… I’m not able to get in and restore.

the hackers have changed the password.

how do I get this account closed as I’d now like to move on with a newer email account, but am worried about them having further access/contact to my other services.
