Like so many other posts - my blueyonder account has been hacked and it is proving very difficult to close the account.

Would appreciate some tech assistance ASAP please.

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, I am sorry to hear you are having problems with your blueyonder email being hacked, if you are still a account holder we can help reset the passwords however if you aren't all we can do is raise a I T ticket and get the email accounts permanently deleted.

I have tried to locate your account however was unable with the details we have for you.
