HELP! HELP! HELP!... my ntl email inbox is empty! there should be 1000 emails in there!

What is going on!!!!! My ntlworld inbox is EMPTY!!! There should be 1000 emails in there!!!! Some of those emails are crucial to my decision making process. I HAVE NOT DELETED THESE EMAILS!!!!! I need answers ASAP!!"!

Are you looking on a email app, or on webmail? 

Using webmail, check all folders including deleted/junk.

Also check if you have any filters set. If the emails are not there, they are likely lost. VM don't keep backups, hopefully you will have at least some.  Good luck!

Thank you for your post. We're sorry to hear about the emails missing. 

I appreciate you have confirmed that you didn't delete them yourself but have you been able to check your deleted inbox to see if they have been moved there?
