From Outlook <rx> "525 5.7.13 Authentication Denied (VM320)" - Not sending via SMTP

Hi Community,

On behalf of mother....

Today she's getting a box pop when trying to send emails. (POP/SMTP)

Nothing has changed on the PC.

OPMLog.log states :
2018.12.10 18:52:42 SMTP (smtp.virginmedia.com): <rx> 525 5.7.13 Authentication Denied (VM320)
2018.12.10 18:52:42 SMTP (smtp.virginmedia.com): Retrying authorization
2018.12.10 18:52:44 SMTP (smtp.virginmedia.com): Disconnected from host
2018.12.10 18:52:44 SMTP (smtp.virginmedia.com): End execution

POP doesn't throw any errors, just SMTP.

Any ideas FOAK ?

VM320 usually means there have been too many SMTP authentication attempts in the past hour

Good to read the problem resolved itself an hour or so after the initial post.
