Forward @ntlworld emails

Hello,  I have some @ntlworld email addresses that are still in existence I would like to forward them to my gmail email account or @virginmedia email.  Is there a way to deal with this?

Sign into webmail, select ☰ > Settings > ▸ Email > Auto Forward

FYI: be aware that email addresses not linked to an active broadband account with Virgin Media can be deleted without notice 90 days after the account was terminated.
