Haven't logged into my Virgin account for a couple of years and when I went through the 'forgotten password' process and entered my account number and zone number, it said it found me and even told me my current email address (not the one I used to set up this community account). It said it would email me with instructions on how to reset the password. Nothing came through, including in the spam folder! Did this a couple of times and waited 24 hours.....nothing.
There don't seem to be any emails to which I could enquire for this to be looked into.
