Forbidden message - no email access

I can't get into my emails. Two days. 'Forbidden' message. Reported it. Cleared cache, but still no access or solution from Virgin. Help please.

Sorry to hear you're having some issues accessing your email account, can you confirm if you've tried a password reset?

Thanks Alex. Yes, did a password rest. I could/can get into my Virgin Media website, but not into the emails.

BobP1 I am getting this too but has been going on since Tuesday. 

Nothing resolved for me so far - still 'forbidden'!?

changed my app password too and mysteriously emails access now restored. Hope it stays that way.
