09/01/22 cannot access email on virgin site, numerous complaints raised and at least 3 phone calls Still forbidden
Today click on email, joy short-lived, simply takes me to the set up page where all my detail are accurate but no option to actually read the emails
Been with virgin for something like 20 years, just agreed a new contact, they care about taking your money but not about sorting a problem
Stupid thing is I can access my email on Thunderbird and Postbox at home, but need to access on the virgin site at work

Sorry to hear of the issues accessing your email account. We understand the frustration this can cause.
Do you get any error messages when trying to access the email account? Are you able to access your online account and see if the email is still showing under your account?
