Folders in Blueyonder email

For some reason I can no longer move emails that I need to save into folders, has anyone else had this problem?  Can anyone help me resolve it?  Thank you.

Can you provide detail of what has changed to make this no longer possible?

I have no idea what has happened to stop this working.  I just tried to move something into a folder and couldn't do it.

When drag-and-dropping do you see something similar to that highlighted below (indicating the number and name of files)?

Also with checkboxes enabled (View ▾ > Checkboxes) are you able to select messages and then ☰ > Move to move them?
