Failure of my blueyonder emails to download to outlook mail.

I cannot get my blueyonder emails to download to outlook mail. They work OK to Windows Live Mail which thankfully I still have. I am also unable to access my mail settings  to make any change

When you say outlook mail do you mean the MS Outlook mail client, Outlook.com or the mail app in Windows 10?
